Gardner Denver High-performance Synthetic Coolant for Screw Compressor 

KYLITEC™ The coolant is the synthetic coolant of high-performance screw compressor, which is made of refined hydrotreated class III base oil and oil-soluble polyether class V base oil, combined with high-performance balanced additives.

KYLITEC™ The excellent oxidation stability of coolant meets the requirements of screw compressor for long service life, low wear and cleanliness of coolant.

  • Oil soluble polyether, selected antioxidants and lubricating additives ensure that KYLITEC™ coolant has obvious advantages over similar coolants in the market:
  • Oil soluble polyether is used as synthetic base oil, which can enhance oxidation stability and realize long service life;
  • Oil soluble polyether is a polar base oil (mineral oil, Pao, etc. are non-polar), which can dissolve polar polymers, has excellent cleaning performance and effectively inhibit the formation of oil sludge;
  • Lubricating additives and oil soluble polyether complement and promote each other, which can effectively reduce wear;
  • Oil soluble polyether has higher specific heat capacity and heat transfer coefficient, which brings better cooling characteristics to the system.
