The non‑metallic chain plate sludge scraper is an automated sludge removal system specifically designed for wastewater treatment tanks, including dissolved air flotation (DAF) units, primary sedimentation tanks, and secondary clarifiers. It utilizes flexible chain plates to drive scraper blades, efficiently conveying settled sludge and floating scum toward the sludge collection trough.
Unlike conventional metal chain systems (such as stainless steel or carbon steel), its core advantage lies in its non‑metallic construction.
