Oil soluble polyether, selected antioxidants and lubricating additives ensure that KYLITEC™ coolant has obvious advantages over similar coolants in the market:
Oil soluble polyether is used as synthetic base oil, which can enhance oxidation stability and realize long service life;
Oil soluble polyether is a polar base oil (mineral oil, Pao, etc. are non-polar), which can dissolve polar polymers, has excellent cleaning performance and effectively inhibit the formation of oil sludge;
Lubricating additives and oil soluble polyether complement and promote each other, which can effectively reduce wear;
Oil soluble polyether has higher specific heat capacity and heat transfer coefficient, which brings better cooling characteristics to the system.
